When was the last time you opened up with you friends and family whilst sitting around the dinner table, or a restaurant, or pub, having a glass of wine, a cup of tea, a beer? Sometimes those conversations feel the most authentic, the most real and feel the best.

The roses in this piece represent the nourishment and growth that comes from watering our mental seeds. In hospitality, these seeds don’t often get watered enough. The roses represent the individuals blossoming, and growing because of the hard work carried out by everyone at and representing The Burnt Chef Project.
